The Project consists of a complete primary bathroom remodel, including demolition of the existing shower and the necessary modifications to accommodate the new layout. The bathtub will be relocated, which requires removing and adjusting a portion of the wall near the vanity area, as well as performing the required framing and plumbing modifications to properly reconfigure the space.

A brand-new shower system will be installed, including waterproofing, new wall and floor tile, a built-in bench, and two recessed niches. The project also includes installation of a new shower glass enclosure and new plumbing fixtures for both the shower and bathtub.

No existing vanity cabinets will be demolished. Additional cabinetry will only be added in the open space below the existing countertop to create extra storage while maintaining a cohesive appearance with the current vanity area.

The scope of work also includes wall preparation and repairs, tape, float, texture, primer, and paint with 2 coats in all modified areas, along with the installation of trim and finish materials as needed. All demolition debris will be hauled away, and dumpster service and final construction cleanup are included upon completion.
