This project consisted of building a new second-floor loft/in-law suite above the existing garage, including exterior stair access and approximately 570-600 sqft of new living space. The work included structural framing, roofing, siding, insulation, windows, drywall, paint, flooring, trim, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation throughout the new addition.

The new suite included a full bathroom and kitchen area with new cabinets, countertops, fixture, lighting, tile work, and luxury vinyl flooring. New plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems were extended from the existing home to fully service the new space, creating a complete turnkey living area.
