39 Marabou Place The Woodlands, Texas 77380
About the Project
This home was completely renovated with modern finishes and updated throughout. The project included new flooring, fresh paint on all walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and baseboards, along with updated lighting and fixtures. The living room was refreshed with a remodeled fireplace featuring a custom wood mantel and modern black finish, creating a beautiful focal point in the space. The kitchen was fully updated with refinished cabinets, new hardware, black quartz countertops, floating shelves, stainless steel appliances, and a new faucet. The bathrooms were completely remodeled with new vanities, mirrors, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. A beautiful custom walk-in shower was built with large-format tile, frameless glass, and modern finishes. One of the highlights of the renovation is the floating blue vanity, which adds a unique and elegant touch to the bathroom. Every room was updated to create a bright, clean, and modern home that is move-in ready.

If you're an investor in the greater Houston area and want the absolute best quality for the price, then you need to call Aaquib at Aim-Tech Solutions!
Aaquib and his team were able to remodel my fixer upper like no other. They were able to give me a solid rehab bid before I bought the property and stayed within budget.
They were great with communicating on the project as well as picking all the selections for colors and overall style of the remodel.
I'm very happy with the remodel and will be using them again on my next projects!
