The Project included a complete kitchen renovation along with countertop upgrades in multiple areas of the home. In the kitchen area, the work included demolition of existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and pony wall, as well as creating a new opening for patio access. New custom solid birch wood cabinets, glass upper cabinets with LED lighting, quartz countertops, under-cabinet lighting, and new backsplash were installed. Existing appliances, sink and faucet were installed, and the kitchen walls and ceilings were sanded, primed, and painted with 2 coats.

Additional work included installation of new countertops in the powder room, Jack and Jill bathroom, casita, and laundry room areas. The flooring portion of the project included demolition and replacement of approximately 1,650 sqft of tile flooring throughout the designated areas of the home. Final cleanup and debris removal were also included as part of the project.
